Maintainance management
. Proposals of preventative and corrective maintainance for the block, in accordance with construction records and the characteristics of the building. Maintainance plans for short and long term:
- Assessment with architects technicians.
- Control of aesthetic modifications to building façade.
. Following up and control of building records.
. Obtaining budget estimates and presentation to the residents commitee
. Adopting neccessary measures for urgent repairs.
