Portfolio management

Our Portfolio Management Department offer a service designed to meet all the needs of property owners.
We work in coordination with the other PROGRUP departments, including the Technical Office and the Financial Management Department to establish a support relationship in the task of administrating and providing a quality service to the customer.
We develop the administration and management with the objective of optimising the investment of the owner, also ensuring the conservation of the property.
Our services include:


 Economic management

We administer the rental income and analyse the profitability in order to provide the owner with information about their property, thereby faciliting the decision-making process.

. Annual profit plan.
. Personalised book-keeping: reporting on annual income received and corresponding financial assessment.
. Issuing and payment of invoices.
. Draughting of liquidation.
. Tax settlements.
. Payment of costs.
. Revision and updating of income, guarantees and costs.
. Non-payment control and extrajudicial claims.

 Administration management

Our support departments carry out associated administrative tasks of property portfolios in order to achieve an efficient management.

. Negotiation and draughting of contracts.
. Following up the application and execution of contract clauses.
. Draughting of annexes and resolutions.
. Proposing best insurance policies.
. Communicating incidents to the insurance company.
. Following up, updating and liquidising, in case of contractual dispute and resolution, of rental guarantees.
. Connecting services to the property.
. Handover of possession of service counters.

 Maintainance management.

The conservation of property portfolios is one of our priorities. We put at the disposition of our customers various tools to monitor and control the condition of the property.
